Lee Yunpeng, RMT

Lee is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia who takes a therapeutic and individualized approach to massage therapy. He focuses on understanding each patient’s concerns and developing treatment based on assessment, individual goals, and tolerance.

His treatment approach may incorporate deep tissue techniques, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilization, instrument-assisted soft tissue techniques (IASTM), and other appropriate massage therapy techniques. Lee has a particular interest in working with patients experiencing persistent muscle tension, stiffness, restricted mobility, and discomfort related to prolonged sitting, repetitive activities, physical activity, and the demands of everyday life.

Before pursuing a career in massage therapy, Lee completed a PhD in Electrical Engineering at Gyeongsang National University in South Korea and went on to conduct postdoctoral research. His academic background has shaped a thoughtful and analytical approach to learning, problem-solving, and professional practice. He later pursued massage therapy training in British Columbia and became registered as an RMT.

Lee believes effective treatment begins with listening to the patient and understanding their individual needs. His goal is to provide focused, comfortable, and clinically appropriate treatment while helping patients improve mobility, manage muscular tension, and support their overall physical function.

Lee provides treatment in both English and Mandarin Chinese..
